We don’t know if this is Musya, no one showed why they think this is Musya. There is a resemblance.
In the front, there is probably a non-Jewish family sitting.
The man is a galach of some sort. Doesn’t look like a Russian priest, and a Catholic priest often would not have a family. Some Russian official, a bureaucrat, would not be wearing the long garb.
In addition, in the last row standing tall, if we assume they are teachers, only one on the right looks Jewish.
