When I attempted to recreate Chabad in 1995-96 with Grand Rabbi SSD of Liozne our motto was back to basics.
Rejoining klal Yisroel, study, personal growth ,leave outreach to NCSY and Or Sameach and create a community of seekers.
It was not meant to be,but my motto is back to BASICS,no PRno Messiah talk.no cult of personality,no baloney shlichus, just people trying to study and experience chasiduth.
Rabbi Moshe Weinberger in Lawrence has created such a neo Chasidic community
By the way in 1996 we had many interested people but the leader was missing in action I know I was there and saw.
All these groups you mentioned felt there was something worth preserving, a community that was worth another chance, what part of Chabad history you want to recreate? I don't know any except the early years of the Alter Rebbe. Contemporary Chabad is a group that lost its way searching for quantity over quality, the opposite of Alter Rebbe's idea.
Many countries talked about reinstating monarchy, but I don't know about a single case when succeeded. New powers rig the system to prevent it. America and other countries were built on people moving away from entrenched powers and opening a new page.
I agree.

Spain after Franco
But in Chasidic world groups like Munkatch,Biyan,Karlin-Stolin,Koshnitz, all reinstated monarchy after interegnum.

Gershom Jacobson editor of Alg Zhurnal
This branch is all that's left of immediate family of Rayaatz or Reb Levik.
Unless you know of others?
That Jacobson was Gershon, but the same. Do you know what he said this in reference to?
How are these 2 sons related to Rayaatz?
What are you asking?
“This branch is all that's left of immediate family of *Rayaatz* or Reb Levik” was mentioned about the grandchildren of YAL.
Why look to the past?
She has 2sons groom them for leadership as Gershom J wrote a Rebbe mit a yarmulke, order ohn a yarmulke, still a rebbe
Who is Gershom J? Why to be fixated on this brunch of the family?
Tzemach, please post contact information. I have more photos & material.

Nasi Hador pardon the automated error

They are great grandchildren of Reb Levik and grand nephews of Rebbe.
But I suspect if the Leader didn't care about only grandchild of the Nazi Hador than these boys fade away too
Isn't it wondrous that although his daughter is still alive and doing well, there is only 1 known photo of YAL!?
Chabad echelon are surely hiding some much about the Rebbes' brother.
Go ask her about the photos and memories of her father. Did someone actually ask?
If I'd have her contact info I'd surely reach out in a respectful manner. I am sure it's been done in the past.
