I’ve been informed that “Devora Leah” and “Musia” are actually *mistakes* based on Reshimos HaRabash saying “אחותי”. Really it’s a typo & should say “אחותו”, the Rebbe Rashab’s sisters.
Probably yes. Whether they or their source read the Reshimos, it’s obviously where it comes from.

The three sons from Chabadapedia among other sources. The two daughter we found in other sources. Do not remember where exactly now.
