Is the actual time of execution included in the record? So we can establish correct yortzeit.

There is no time in the record but that being September more likely before sundown. Can't be certain 100% that it wasn't a different day altogether. But based on this record most likely is before sundown on Sept. 20th, 1938.

PS This year 2022, like in 1938 the 24 of Elul falls on Sept. 20th, Tuesday.

doesn't the same Sept 20th date appear both on the sentencing hearing and well as on the execution record?

Why most likely before sundown? They didn’t do executions after nightfall?

This will be the first time someone will say Kaddish for him. Would have liked thank you get the day right…will have to assume daylight.

Very emotional. There is no other way to describe this. I wanted to make sure to post before Tuesday because I remembered the date.

I hope we can trace his kids. I also hope he brings Rosh Hashone blessings to all. There is no doubt in my mind that he was a Tzaddik and one of the Kedoshim.
